“Marriage.” It has a nice ring to it. (Pardon the pun.) We used to call this practice area “Domestic Partnership.” The recent Supreme Court decision changed all that — and we couldn’t be more thrilled. But a bit of circumspection at this juncture is in order for our LGBT clients to understand how these changes might affect you whether you are planning marriage, were married in another state, or need to dissolve a marriage.
